General Information

The scientific journal "Legalitas" is a periodical publication.

Founder and publisher of the journal: Alikhan Bokeikhan University.

It has been published since 2024.

Registration certificate (No. KZ22VPY00092850 from May 17, 2024), issued by the Information Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The scientific journal "Legalitas" is registered in the scientometric database RINC (Russian Science Citation Index) under the contract No. 196-11/2024 dated November 6, 2024.

The ISSN number assigned by the International Center in Paris is 3007-6978 (online).

The journal has developed and approved a cover and title page, including the university name, publication data, editorial board, editorial policy, publication ethics, and website.

Languages of publication: Kazakh, Russian, English.

The journal is published four times a year.

Articles of the journal are registered in the CrossRef database, and each article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), which is used for citation, linking, and access to electronic documents.

The editorial board of the journal includes leading Kazakhstani and foreign scholars.

The journal is intended for distribution throughout Kazakhstan, the CIS countries, and abroad.

Journal Goal: The aim of the journal is to discuss the results of scientific research, address pressing issues in the field of law, draw attention to promising and relevant directions of legal science, and promote exchange of views among the scientific community.

Journal Objectives:

  • Publishing articles and reviews that reflect the results of original scientific research, both theoretical and experimental, highlighting the current state of specific areas of legal science;
  • Promoting dialogue on various legal issues between Kazakhstani and foreign researchers;
  • Promoting the scientific achievements of Kazakhstani scholars in the domestic and global academic community;
  • Identifying and promoting young researchers;
  • Providing informational support for priority scientific research and popularizing progressive scientific ideas;
  • Collaborating with and involving leading foreign scientists and practitioners in publication and peer review processes.

Journal's Thematic Focus: The journal covers a wide range of current issues in legal science, spanning all branches of Kazakhstani and international jurisprudence.
