Analysis of the state and legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on interaction with the diaspora

This scientific article is devoted to the study of the state and legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of establishing relations with the diaspora, special attention is paid to migration processes and the impact of globalization. The study is aimed at assessing the strategies used by Kazakhstan to maintain ties with foreign Kazakh communities and facilitate the return of ethnic Kazakhs (Kandas) to their historical homeland in order to enhance their contribution to the socio-economic development of the country. The article discusses the under-utilized potential of the diaspora, the impact on the economy, education and culture of Kazakhstan, and puts forward recommendations for the development of more effective and strategically oriented approaches. The importance of state programs and the need to create integrated and sustainable mechanisms that would improve coordination and increase the effectiveness of this policy are considered.
