Criminalistic prevention of sexual criminal actions against minors

Abstract

Features of pre-trial investigation of criminal acts of a sexual nature in relation to minors and children» are considered the main aspects and problems associated with the investigation of extremely serious crimes aimed at the sexual inviolability of children. The author analyzes the specific methods and approaches necessary for conducting a pre-trial investigation, taking into account the weak condition of the victims and their age. The work details the legal, psychological and procedural features of conducting such cases, including the need to comply with moral standards and protect the rights of minors. Special attention was paid to international practices and recommendations for improving national legislation in order to increase the effectiveness of the investigation and minimize damage to victims.
