Legal features of regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article deals with topical issues related to the legal aspects of entrepreneurial activity. The features of the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as important aspects of tax and civil legislation affecting the activities of entrepreneurs are described in detail. The issues of responsibility of entrepreneurs for violations of legal norms are being studied. Examples from business practice are given. In addition, the article examines certain legal aspects in the organization and implementation of entrepreneurial activity. The main legal aspects of entrepreneurial activity are considered, including the registration of an enterprise, obtaining licenses, taxation and responsibility of an entrepreneur. The role of the state in the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity is investigated and a number of recommendations are proposed to improve legal regulation in this area. In general, the article is a useful research material for entrepreneurs, lawyers and anyone interested in entrepreneurship and its legal regulation.
