Main aspects of family business development in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article shows ways to improve the legal mechanism for regulating relations arising in the sphere of family entrepreneurship for the effective solution of current social, professional and strategic problems related to family entrepreneurship.

Society needs a separate program document on the development of family entrepreneurship in the country. Its main task is to improve the well-being of the people through the development of family entrepreneurship. The main content of the legal document may include such issues as the creation and registration of a family enterprise, its activities, rights and obligations, guarantees of freedom of activity, social protection of participants and employees.
