Privacy Statement

Manuscripts should be reviewed with due respect for the confidentiality of the authors. By submitting their manuscripts for review, authors entrust the editorial team with the results of their scientific work and creative efforts, which may affect their reputation and career. The authors' rights may be violated if confidential information is disclosed during the manuscript review process.

Reviewers also have the right to confidentiality, which must be maintained by the editor. Confidentiality may be breached in cases of dishonesty or fraud, but in other cases, it must be upheld.

The editorial team must not disclose information about the manuscript (including its receipt, content, review status, reviewers' critiques, or the final publication decision) to anyone other than the authors and reviewers. This includes requests to use materials for legal actions.

The editorial team must clearly explain to reviewers that manuscripts submitted for review are privileged and the private property of the authors. Therefore, reviewers and editorial members should respect the authors' rights by not publicly discussing their work or appropriating their ideas before the manuscript is published. Reviewers are not permitted to make copies of manuscripts for their archives, nor may they transfer them to others unless authorized by the editor. Reviewers must return or destroy manuscript copies after submitting their feedback. The editorial team should not retain copies of rejected manuscripts.

The publication of this information is carried out in the authors' interests to ensure complete and accurate accounting of their publications and citations by relevant bibliographic organizations and to enable contact between authors and the scientific community.

Personal information provided by authors to the journal, in addition to the details required by submission guidelines, including additional email addresses and phone numbers, will be used exclusively for communication with the authors during the preparation of the article for publication. The journal's editorial team undertakes not to disclose this personal information to third parties who may use it for other purposes.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. Any changes made to this privacy policy will be published on this page.
